This is a Seloundo exercise to high tempo music, guaranteed to make you glow, feel good and have fun, whilst practising your techniques.
Solo Tempo (which translated means ‘own time’) was designed to increase your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, as well as improving, balance, timing, accuracy, fluidity, strength, arms and legs techniques. It is an integral part of our creative and innovative programme in improving your general fitness level. This will help to build up your stamina and to carry with ease other aspect of the training.
One of the many definitions of fitness is ‘to be free of illness and to be physically active’. During aerobic exercises, your body use fat as a primary source of fuel, a Solo Tempo class will burn as much as 500 Calories depending on the intensity. It is the ideal way to keep you looking good and feeling good. Solo Tempo is a stand-alone segment within our teaching programme, but compliments all the other aspects of it as a tool for general improvement. You exercise at your pace, at the beat that you can keep up with, and is for everyone regardless of ability.
