Relaxing at will is an art and keeping your flexibility is not a choice, it is a must for mobility and a good quality of life in later years. If being stressed is a constant part of your life, eventually there will be a price to pay. It is well documented that stress will lead to health problems with further complications, if the necessary measures are not taken.
