Your body needs 2,500 and 2,000 calories approximately (dependent on size and intensity of activity) for a male and a female respectively on a daily basis to sustain itself. Anything above the required level will turn into fat. Once you understand the internal processes of food turning into fuel and begin to recognise a good balance meal, you will be on your way to ameliorate your health, become more confident with your body and enjoy looking good under your skin.
